Carrefour City

I didn't know you need to have a scanner while shopping, I put all the things in the checkout band and needed to take them back as I didn't have a scanner. I asked where could I pay without it, a Carrefour woman said it was possible in the selfservice ones, first problem my big trolley was not allowed so i changed to a small one to pay, but I had yo leave it there so I tried to change back to the big one after paying, also not allowed. The woman wanted me to buy plastic bags!! For 120 eur things. Noone speaking German or English there, I had to get out by the entry but the men would not allow me. A horrible experience, 30 minutes to pay!!

Employee's turnaround and walk away from you when you are asking for assistance in English or ingnore you completely they live nearby other countries how arrogant and illiterate can you be?
