Order an item in stock online. They call me to tell me that they don't have it in stock (already outdated stock ...), but that they will bring it up in the next size in the fortnight. A week later, they send me an email, offering to modify my order to change the size. I confirm that I am ok. A little later, they send me an email to tell me that they are canceling my order and that to have the item I have to pay double !!! No proposal for a commercial gesture, nothing. It's a scam ... Response to the message below: the article was in stock on your site when we ordered it (in size 3 therefore) - it is also still in stock on your site, even though you asked me to change the size !!!! I would never have ordered otherwise (if your site ever allows it, which would not make sense). Regarding the unavailability of the article, it is an article that we bought this summer on another site (so no it was not unavailable everywhere for so long, and we thought the state of your reliable stocks). As for the refund, maybe you did, but so far we haven't received it ... I'm not having a bad time at all. I would have understood very well if a compromise between the two had been proposed (in terms of price), which was not at all the case.
