Jump In

Feedback, I had never been in the store before, I bought about fifteen items, I returned some, the manager is understanding and accommodating, this establishment does not buy just to resell, we will guess a certain selection of articles upstream and this highlights the local and independent trade side of this shop. Some may exclaim about the narrow nature of the place, others about the commercial aspect of the sellers, but personally I always favor a small cozy atmosphere in which I find my brands with personalized support where we take the time to serve us. and this, even when there are people! (:

Having done my Christmas shopping at this store, I was extremely pleased with the wise advice from the upstairs salesperson who immediately found the right size and style for the person I described to him. I am surprised to see negative reviews like the last one because I find it completely wrong compared to reality.

Super welcome. This is the 2nd that I come to buy a product and finally I leave with several products. The prices are correct and the advice is excellent. It's nice to have a store like that in Mulhouse. I would come back for sure. Jeans, shirt, jacket, etc. Thank you to the team, see you soon

Very good store, but the salesman upstairs is terrible, unfriendly in the extreme. He's on the verge of disrespecting “Hi, what do you want?”, We didn't grow up together so he talks better and asks for help instead of saying “you want what”. He also forces the purchase, and watches us too. I know that because of the covid it is complicated but that is not a reason. Next time I go back if he's disrespectful again it's not going to be like that. I do not know if he is the owner's son, but he is undrinkable. Do something with him, but seller that doesn't suit him at all

The store is nice and the products are pretty. On the other hand, the salesperson in the men's section is obviously trying to force the sale, I like to stroll through the stores without necessarily buying immediately, and I feel constantly spied on and apostrophized by a salesperson who is too anxious to do well. Letting customers breathe would be an area for improvement.
