Pierrette Pressing - Blanchisserie Retouche couture

I took a 250 euro puffer jacket which was returned to me completely shrunk. The manager denied outright that this was possible and refused to use her insurance. I had to insist and his response was "it's too easy ma'am". However, I can no longer close the jacket and the sleeves are too short.
