Bra bought in January, first strap that drops after a week. Worn for exchange, the seller refuses to exchange it and offers repair. Second strap that lets go so quickly. The saleswoman is furious and questions the customer. It is the first time (in 23 years that I wear underwear) that we question the way I wear them. No questioning of the product. I get my bra back, the lady warns me in advance: you shouldn't come back for a third repair ... Don't worry, I won't be coming back. You have lost 3 clients around me. If all traders behaved this way without ever considering a product defect, few shops would operate.

Me I'm very disappointed, I never go to this store except when it's sales, I would have liked to go more often but one of the saleswomen disappoint me enormously I'm looking forward to her retirement Sorry, every time I fall on her I have to come Back For the exchange, she always advises me badly She does not stay long enough To advise me in a minute she tells me that the garment is fine to sell me anything ras- the bowl.
