Horrible !!! Boss who doesn't want to hear anything Following the fault of one of its employees Xl instead of L The boss doesn't want to hear anything and the saleswoman has to reimburse us from her own pocket Such a shame I will never go to that store again TO FLEE !!!!!

the name of the sign James would suffice (MR is in excess). Very disappointed with the service which I find deplorable. Bought a famous brand belt for 90 €. Oxidized buckle barely 2 years after its purchase. The saleswoman must call her manager ... he does not even bother to come and see the problem ....! answer: it is guaranteed for 3 months .... top quality brands ....! to see. I am going to follow the advice of Mrs. Sandrine Cordier: Just for the one who manages the establishment ... you must not come back.

Bought a size L jott on Thursday 24th for Christmas normally with a priceless ticket. When unpacking the gift: the ticket with price !!!! A size XL jott !! What a surprise ! Back to the store this December 26: the saleswoman admits her mistake. No more size available in stores but we stipulate that management does not refund and make a credit! Out of the question for us since the day we came there was one and we had the possibility of buying it from Jott in Lille. The saleswoman calls the boss to request a refund exceptionally. No question for the boss! The saleswoman accepts her mistake and takes her bank card and will withdraw € 125 from her account to reimburse us! What a shame for the boss! Nothing to do with its customers! We wanted to promote our local shops, we will not be returning to this store! Thank you to the saleswoman for this gesture. We went to Lille to find the jott for our boy. Shame on the boss! Do not go to this store 😡 A FUIR !!!
