We note with disappointment and amazement that the concerns we were facing are not and have not been solved despite our will.
We are writing to you because we are amazed to see the way and the unfolding of things and especially your lack of will and investment in the unfolding of these events.
We understood that there had been some communication problems within your team, but we realize that on the one hand there is no team per se but rather questionable collaboration, and on the other hand beyond your inability to be organized and carry out the task for which you have been commissioned, we see and learn, through a seamstress who is in fact foreign to your brand, that you are also incompetent in the profession exercised and your way of putting things in place to provide all possible solutions and complete your task and service to the end.
However, we remind you of your commitment and your role as a so-called specialized store, which is at the same time the sale, but also the adjustment, the retouching, and especially the support of your customers. Indeed, we have not chosen you to buy a piece of ready-to-wear fabric, we choose to hire you for a service.
At no time was there a question of a budget, and even if it was, it was a question of a mission that has been entrusted to you and to which you have failed.
In no case can you claim to be a specialist in your field, the cohesion within the brand is deplorable, your ways of measuring are just as bad, you do not use the appropriate equipment or do not know how to use it. Your notes and ratings if attempted to be taken are all wrong. And we pass on questionable business practices.
We have chosen a service with Célia Mariage, in no case with another brand or a person working for their own account or otherwise and which is in no way officially linked to your store.
As a result, you've wasted our time, a lot of energy, on moments that had to be nice and pleasant, but what amazes me is your flippant attitude towards the situation.
In the end, two days before the event, we find ourselves with a dress of no value in the current state and this thanks to your incompetence in many areas in which you say you specialize.
Your role was to solve the problem for this Thursday 09 July at the latest and we placed our trust once again in you, but nothing was done, the "seamstress" was not advised, the measurements were wrong, no record, and without any nerve, one of you boasts of being at rest when the situation called for a surge of effort and not withdrawal.
The dress has been recovered so that it no longer fits in any hand in connection with your brand and its questionable practices.
In view of the situation, we are taking matters into our own hands, but for all that you are accountable.
In view of the many points stated and the cited flaws, and those on which we will briefly pass such as the shirt and its sizes and the expectations in terms of advice and information for men, we are sending you a request for compensation for lost hours, the energy wasted, the stress felt, the money lost, our disorganization through your fault, but above all those supposedly festive moments that you wasted.
The commercial and not insignificant gesture is obvious and if this amicable request cannot be satisfactorily satisfied, we will be able to contact the competent people and authorities in a formalized manner.
Counting on your insight, despite my best will, I do not thank you.
