Impossible to know what is happening with your delivery, the switchboard operator hangs up on you

at the whim of this switchboard operator, I just feel like a blue card with just the right to say nothing and to suffer.
3rd day Immediately trying to reach customer service.
Systematically the same music after two or three minutes of waiting all our lines are occupied please try again later.
The only solution to go to their home to collect the package? If in doubt that the package is not in the warehouse.

I ordered a piece of furniture. The shipping company sends me an SMS asking me to choose a date for delivery. However, I am only offered one that I am not present at as I work all day. I am then invited to call the switchboard to make another appointment. So I explain my problem, I am asked for my availability and told me that they will contact me again.
The next day I received a text message telling me that my appointment had been validated (for the date on which I had made it clear that I was absent).
So no customer listening. Too bad they will travel for nothing. I made it clear that I was working today and I cannot cut myself in half.

3 parcels of 40 kilos of a garage door placed in front of the house, my wife asked to put them in front of the garden shed they did not want, result we had to lift parcels of 40 kilos over 20 meters, I blocked my back, the guys less they do better they go, I do not advise.
