My father made an appointment for an engine warning light and he was told after diagnosis over the phone that the glow plugs had to be changed for 209 €. With confidence, I go there and I pay 279 €. After calling them to understand the price difference: "Ah but you understand, there is the diagnosis and then the recycling of the parts". When I am told a price (expensive moreover), I expect the total price to be announced to me. At no time was my father informed that the diagnosis would be added to the bill (€ 59) by signing. In short, more than questionable business practices. It will teach us to want to trust the builder's garages. EDIT of 12/16/20: A sales representative called us promising us a gesture whose color we finally never saw ... It's a shame ...
