Mont Blanc Cars - Mitsubishi and Mazda

Been using Mitsubishi Chambery for years. Always expensive (but what main dealer isn't) but generally the repairs were completed. Unfortunately during my last visit they failed to diagnose the fault correctly but charged me €2000 & told me the car was fixed when it was not. I returned the car to be charged further for more repairs & was left was squeaky brakes & was told this is normal! I explained that after changing all four discs & pads it's not normal for the brakes to squeak. Never again. Reply to Mitsubishi: You are correct, the €2000 included other work including replacing the front discs & pads without justification. The vehicle was brought to you with the main issue being the vibration & after 2 weeks & €2000 you had still not repaired the fault despite informing me it was repaired. Do not blame me requiring my vehicle back to continue working on not completing your job of repairing it correctly. Two weeks should have been plenty of time to complete the job. The discount received was welcomed but equally is an admission of guilt that errors were made. It's a great shame as this could all have been avoided & our relationship remain intact.

Nice concession, very professional staff if not very friendly, but the job is done and well done for prices that remain correct. A little topical remark: while the text message that reminded me of my appointment specified that the mask is mandatory in the premises of the concession, I noticed that very few employees (in the reception hall) wore this mask, or else wore it hanging from the ear or under the chin.

I had to do with this garage following a breakdown of my vehicle during the holidays. I had to take an expert and leave my pick-up there. I spent a lot of time on the phone with the people in the workshop before I could see them in a confrontation. Throughout the procedure I was in contact with professional and open people. I have fond memories of their welcome and the resources they have at my disposal. I highly recommend this establishment.

Perfect experience, I had come to take a look. Elsewhere nobody is looking at you, there I was offered help, no commercial aggressiveness, then everything was done simply and I bought in a good mood. Win-win experience
