Hello, It was my first time in this garage and I was quite disappointed. It was a small intermediate maintenance (oil and brake fluid change) and it lasted more than 2 hours (2h15 exactly) ... In addition, on the invoice it is noted 1.40 hours of labor whereas in my previous maintenance last year (in another Opel garage), they took 1.30 hours to do the main maintenance (oil change, brake fluid, spark plugs, several filters, etc.). So I paid more for labor while fewer elements were changed. I do not find this normal. I will not go back to this garage.

Very bad experience! Being a buyer, I visit the dealership on Saturday afternoon. I turn around 2 or 3 cars in front of a sales consultant (alone at his desk) who doesn't even glance at me, seeming very interested in his screen. No doubt you have sold too many vehicles in recent months? Too bad, you just lost a sale!
