Nothing prestigious about it... I was initially looking for those double seater recliner but not in a hurry. As we have received this invitation card for a shop opening and memory foam pillow as gift, i have dragged my mum with me. On arrival I have been welcomed so I handed over the invitation card, I am obviously a female and my mum was waiting outside. Employee reading the card with my mum written on it, so I have indicated she was waiting outside and then she asked about my dad ?! Well he is dead... She invited us to have a look inside the shop while she was getting with the gifts. While I am trying to get my mum to check on those recliner sofa, I see the employee came back with a tiny bag (tingling sound) She brought to our attention that pillows weren't available anymore, not a big deal I can understand that however I am wondering if the wines bottle and porc pâté were brought for us ?! We are wearing hijabs so obviously muslims, I mean come on it's 2020 have some respect and decensy towards other people's beliefs. Maybe some understandings and knowledgeable would have been appreciated on what to do or not depending on your customer profile. I am kind in a shock so I am kindly asking her if she meant to offer us alcohol and porc as a gift ?! Well the answer is actually YES, she said we could have offered them to friends #Facepalm. We have left the shop speechless...

Bad experience We came Thanks to the invitation leaflet of 2 pillows offered with a stocked basket WHICH IN THE END did not have what was on the invitation we took advantage To inquire about a purchase for a sofa that we would have bought in a few months Unfortunately for them, they lost customers! The manager or the chef was arrogant sir saw that we do not want to buy right away HE became VERY DISAGREE BY TELLING US TO GO AND BUY IN YOUR LOWCOST STORES, ANY WAY THIS IS WHAT WE WILL DO AT LEAST IN THESE STORES WE will be more respectful and better informed, you wait until the money is what you see The worst thing I said when entering the store that we did not want to buy immediately it was for information, (not to put it aside) to oblige to take delivery so that the sofa is guaranteed 🤨 I have never seen this, I simply do not recommend at all! This store is to be avoided PEOPLE LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT EVEN WORK IN YOUR STORE A shame Carpet seller

I received a leaflet concerning 2 pillows offered and a gourmet basket offered I look at the previous comments and I see that I do well not to go there store which has just opened and already a false advertisement ... we had the project to change the sofa too bad it will be elsewhere I also told myself 2 free pillows and a gourmet basket it was too good to be true 😂 you should be denounced for this kind of behavior because I am almost sure it is illegal 🙄

Outraged by the attitude and behavior of the manager of the Center Home Prestige store during my stay in this establishment! I find it hard to believe that it is possible to have such an attitude towards your customers, disrespectful and aggressive at the highest point. He sends you an invitation to pick up gifts and you are received like a mess. In addition, these are gifts that are worthless and that go well with the image of this store. Well done for your consistency!

Very nice seller on the other hand I did not appreciate the arrogance of his boss at all !!! It's a shame because I was really tempted by a great mattress 🙄🙄 Too bad !!!!!! On the other hand, the gifts have nothing to do with the photo: 1 single tiny bottle of wine, 1 single pot of pâté and 1 very small bag of croutons. As for memory foam pillows, they are half the size of a pillow! Not at all convinced 😡😡😡
