Waiter tried not to give us our change and the manager was very condescending when we asked for it. Cold, tasteless coffee and very weak citrone pressee with no sugar supplied despite request. The staff simply takes advantage of the cafe‘s position by the lake.

Regular English, slow service. Food is really nice, but they take forever to do everything, specially when you are finished. Didn't even bother to order coffee, since I had been waiting so long for them to retire my plate... Two stars for the food.

Great food, good wine, attentive service, nor cheap but then nowhere in Annecy is cheap!

Although the food was great we were disapointed by the service. Greeting was a bit condescending and pedantic. We were just looking for a light and healthy dinner after a swim in the lake and they made us understand that we had to order more and dress as if we were at a michelin restaurant. This one only 1 person...the rest of the staff was great.

Great atmosphere and music. Good service and a well presented entrecote steak.
