The kitchen is bigger than the restaurant - always a good sign. And the beer is as good as the wine, another great sign. Try catching them out by eating French and English at the same table - spoiler, you can't, they'll win. Modern eating at some of it's best. Great effort, and made to look so easy.

We went to "le bar à vin" tonight because "le gastro" is closed on Wednesdays and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! Dishes highlight product from the region in a exquisite, yet not too fancy, fashion. Despite the food, the great selection of wine and a lovely staff the place seems to remain still a bit secret so I guess we will be going back soon before it gets too famous and so too difficult to get a table!

Relatively pleasant atmosphere, little noise, the waiters were also friendly! On the other hand, I only moderately appreciated finding a fly (well highlighted on the piece of meat) on my plate! No commercial gesture, small apologies, very small ... It's a shame, all the more so in a restaurant that wants to be "quali" (especially since for the rest, everything was good ...)

Really still excellent! The menu has changed, there is no longer a surprise menu, which was very innovative. But the Chef is full of talents and once again delighted us! The sardines from SGCV just salted were a great discovery, the grouse was delicious and the black fig from Solliès and its leaf ice cream: a killing! Thank you Chef !

Everything was excellent. Dishes served at the right pace, price perfectly suited to the quality, perfectly executed dishes that are not found everywhere. I took the skate as a starter, the beef for a main course and the genoa for dessert, a treat! A well-stocked wine list to accompany it all.
