Those 'funny' electronic key problems... Replaced the key and reset vehicle for a huge amount of money. Less than 1 year later same issue but this time total breakdown. After having organised a recovery of the car, my request for fixing it under warranty was cleverly or viciously declined by stating the problem comes from the reader... Even suggesting me to start the car with a knife.. I left the car to the scrapyard to avoid paying crazy amounts of money... Poor customer service is almost cultural in France. Consumer rights are just an illusion. Unprofessional, unhelpful and unfriendly... I think that garage should only sell brand new cars !

I do not recommend this garage! Poor reception impossible to get a quote on the pretext that the workshop manager had to receive customers' cars when there were no customers except me in the agency! It would have been at the opening I would have understood but 1h30 later 😒. Too bad for Renault because I came for a big quote: distribution, emptying 4 filters, 4 shock absorbers, front bearing etc

Arrogant home (on the phone and at the counter), speeches not at all professional, does not listen to the customer, ignores the remarks made by the customer about the diagnosis of the vehicle, speaks very quickly about the financial part without even speaking technical . I do not advise you to make this haughty person work.

We have been working this garage for almost 8 years, the service is always present, the staff is attentive. From a mechanical point of view, we are always informed of the costs and are informed before the replacement of parts (is not replaced, only what must be). It is a mechanic who was recommended to us and whom we recommend.
