Not Client Friendly!!! A couple of weeks ago I drove from Holland to Annecy lake, but on the way I had a flat tire. With my spare one, I managed to get to our holiday adress. Mondaymorning 17th of juli around 12 o clock I went to this garage to let it fixed. But a not so friendly woman, told me they were closing till 2 o clock. I could not even ask a question in my best French. She saw I was a foreigner, but anyway showed me the door. So I went back at 2 o'clock and she showed me the guy who was handling the "service" department. He came outside to my car, saw I was from NL and I showed him what was wrong with my tire. Then he went back inside and came along with his agenda. On August 7th I could come back for the reparation. Now my clump was breaking. I told him just to change the tire, and that I was in Sevrier for two weeks, not 2 months. Nevertheless, they would not help me out with it. It's very dissapointing, I can tell you that. It probably only will take one hour to change, but they could not find time for me at all. While I ride Renault for more than 20 years, it's not what I'm used to at my own garage. That's one of the best, Heemskerk in Rijnsburg. In the end I was send to Annecy, but not with an adress and just had to look for my self. What a dissapointing garage. Anyway, if you are on holiday in the area and you have a problem with your car. Just go to Annecy-Seynod Renault garage. They are very helpfull and will send you to the right place to let this tire fixed. Because they had to order the tire, I came back the next day, and it was fixed in 1 hour.
