Excellent customer service

I would have put 0 star, not friendly after sales service! Yet they closed in 10 minutes. The time and the watch count ... but The Service?!?! I have a startup problem. Taking the suitcase and looking at them would have taken a few minutes to tell me and make an appointment. No!

1 star because I cannot put less. I came with my husband because I would like to change my car and that a mini would tempt me. We turned 20 minutes in the concession without anyone looking at us or greeting us, even with a sign. To believe that we were invisible. Mention except for the receptionist on the ground floor who greeted us when we arrived and when we left, even though she was on the phone. I would go buy elsewhere, but considering the reception, I guess they don't need customers.

I put a star because I can not put less !! After 1/2 hour waiting, no one in sight. You have to go through the back of the building to enter through the garage. The cars are parked no matter how and always nobody to inform me. Very disapointed. We will say a garage to be abandoned .... shabby ..

This mini car garage and BM W and a garage welcoming all the staff is dedicated and welcomes you to quickly solve all problems regarding your vehicle appointment time is always respected and the job well done
