BMW ARAVIS AUTOMOBILES

Premium car dealer but customer service is not at the same level : no solution to have a replacement car, rental car, someone dropping me in the city center. I have to manage it by myself although this option was included in my leasing contract...

- BMW ARAVIS AUTOMOBILES - Friday Afternoon initial call to Aravis: Fantastic customer service with request to purchase a vehicle. - Full explanation given regarding purchase agreement and terms. - Remote deposit and/or reservation for purchase against policy. - First place appointment booked at earliest opportunity (Saturday 9am on opening) - Appointment confirmed name/ email/residential address/phone number exchanged. Saturday morning courtesy call 9:05am to Aravis - Running 10mins late after a 2hr trip for the meeting. - Aravis response, the vehicle is sold! - Upon request to speak in person about what happened told that no one is available until a few hours later and that nothing in any case can be done. No apology Very disappointing that a BMW representative and a supposedly professional company would be this sloppy, non-transparent and perhaps discriminatory. And not even have the courtesy and professionalism to at least apologize. I obviously will not be engaging BMW ARAVIS AUTOMOBILES again.

I went there to put my snow "wheels" on my mini because they keep them warm at home all year round which is very practical. What a pleasure to find my car washed, vacuumed, cleaned from top to bottom and which smells clean ... it's a luxury (because I never have time to do it) that I particularly appreciated and which is part of the service! Comparable to a luxury hotel ;-) They pamper our car! I highly recommend!

I have to choose a company car from a rental company. I was very poorly received by generalist brands: clearly I don't interest them and they know how to show it to you! At BMW, on the other hand, the reception given by Marouan was just irreproachable! I was received in an extremely professional and pleasant manner. A very knowledgeable person who takes the time to show you the cars, explain the options and colors, using state-of-the-art tools. I recommend this dealership which makes us want to go to BMW for our other personal vehicles.
