This restaurant is excellent. Dishes with lots of flavor. Very fresh fish. Tender meat. Everything is homemade. Do not hesitate to go there. Book.

Refined dishes, excellently prepared. A warm and unfussy welcome. The sweet alliance of tasty dishes and the warmth of the bistro make this address an essential place to sit at the table in Segré. Selected quality draft beers, some local rarities, amateurs will only be delighted. The wines offered are the nectar which enhances the dishes. Do not hesitate to book, demand is high and places are lacking. We are however very comfortable there. Bistronomica is the gourmet that invites itself to the bistro, for a more than reasonable price, given the quality of the products
