Dacia Alliance ESDB Saint-Germain-en-Laye Concessionnaire

Coming to buy a Dacia Duster can be enthusiastic about the dealership agent much more interested in selling a vehicle for 25,000 € (Renault) than a Dacia for 17,000 €. This is the big problem with Renault-Dacia dealerships.

Our Dacia Stepway suddenly indicated a red light indicating not to start the vehicle and to contact our dealer. We bought the car there and have all the revisions at the same place. The car has 21000 KM. We received a cancellation order to fix it and the delay to take care of it was a month! What excellent service for a loyal loyal !!!

I call the Renault minute to change my license plates and the boss tells me to come by on Saturday morning (I work during the week). The guy who is there welcomes me very badly, tells me that he is busy and that I should have made an appointment (I did not understand the concept of the Renault minute). He agrees to change my plates, but I also have a fog light that does not work. He tells me to come back 2 hours later what I am doing. And there, after dismantling my light, he yells at me because the light has stayed in his hand because he is old (I admit that I don't look at my fog or other lights as long as they work! Finally, he can do nothing since my car is a Seat (I understand very well that he does not have the room) but overall, I spent the morning being yelled at by an obnoxious guy who speak as if I was guilty of disturbing him in his garage. Ok I have a Seat but since I have it, I have always had it repaired at the Renault Garage (that of Bayonne or Biarritz which are great and very professional but I have just moved to Saint Germain). I still let them have 400 € for another repair last month but I will not go back!
