After-sales service poorly managed, my vehicle still not taken care of after months. No communication apart from the lack of staff and absences! last gag to date: Appointment made on Monday September 14 for the nth inspection visit, we are told that the vehicle will ultimately not be able to be taken care of because they do not have the manpower. This has been going on for months ... too bad Alpha is a good brand but with such an after-sales service I'm not likely to recommend ... would I one day have a date for my vehicle to be repaired ???

To avoid absolutely !! I bought a used car with negotiation of the gray card and registration plate in 95 (noted on the order form by Mr. Sylvain). I came to pick her up on July 25 with a cash payment. To this day, I still have not recovered my registration card or the license plate, it is October 2nd !! I called several times with the following answer: "yes yes, we take care of it, it will be done", nice words without result !! Glad to have cashed my check, then radio silence, unacceptable !! Some time later, not having bought a Fiat brand vehicle from him, he directed me to their dealership in the 95 which resolved a problem taken care of by the manufacturer in one go while fiat chennevieres for not citing them had not solved my problem after 3 visits to them!
