More than deplorable experience !! We arrive at 6:20 p.m. in the dealership after checking the internet for opening hours (7 p.m. Saturdays). We stroll or rather wander in the concession for 15 minutes, not a hello! We ask if a specific vehicle is visible, answer: "yes, red outside" ... Next, we set up the car inside the store being genuinely interested in buying that vehicle: Not an attention, a look or a note telling us all the sales people were busy. The answer when we leave calmly regretting that no one has helped us or indicated to come back another day: "learn to read, it's 6:30 pm on Saturday and I don't have time, it's the end of the day. , I take care of clients. And have you come to see me ?! ". Unbelievable ! However, a sign is still present at the entrance to the concession: "7 p.m. on Saturday" just like on the website. If time changes, update !! We are not asking for 5 * service, but this experience is absolutely deplorable and gives Peugeot a terrible brand image! This salesman with graying hair and glasses does not seem to like his job but to damage the brand image, to lose a sale, it is an abysmal difference! The car purchase is canceled and we will go to another manufacturer.

Friendly welcome on the phone and in the garage, competent staff, car returned washed after overhaul. The fact remains that this dealership was split in two with SEAT, sometimes resulting in parking problems and the cramped nature of the PEUGEOT workshop.

They clearly don't want to see you. We arrived to get a quote for two cars (208 and 5008). No one comes to us then they have to go on break (which is normal) so we leave our contact details but no news since. We come back the next day 15 minutes before closing and two advisers walk past us without telling us that they have just closed the dealership and leave us at the door.
