It's been 4 months now that the workshop for us has been dragged out. impossible to reach, and when we get there we promise to contact you again during the day but we never call you back. Without exaggerating, we must have called them about fifty times in the past 4 months. They promise to do what is necessary but with each new call, tell us that they have forgotten our file or have not had the time, a shame. While waiting for the condition of our vehicle to deteriorate and we do not know who will pay the bill . Even worse, they openly lie to us by ensuring that we have sent the supporting documents to the insurance organization when the latter proves that we have not had any news from Land Rover SaintGermain for several months. We are helpless in the face of so much bad faith from such a premium brand. Distressing.
