Overall a good impression, but I guess it depends which dealer you interact with. Today I had a nice drive with an IS300h to better understand the workings of the Lexus Hybrid Drive and the dealer was very polite, quite open to explain the inner workings of the vehicle and all the nice features. This was quite a nice experience and you could tell the dedication and passion of the dealer. This was quite a different welcome than my first visit to Chambourcy, when I was met by a uninterested and quite dismissive dealer who used all the negotiation methods in the book, in a very obvious way. So I would say a visit is worthwhile, as long as you are greeted by the right person

I came to the dealership on 07/10/2020 for a service, change front / rear discs and pads, brake noise and rolling noise between 90 and 100 km / h. Clearly he says pay me and shut up ... My clients were, as you can imagine, delighted to be transported in such conditions. I assure you my image has not been affected because my clients are loyal to me and my reputation is very solid. However, the image of LEXUS has been severely affected. Indeed, until now, many of them have preferred to buy their vehicle elsewhere in view of the quality of the after-sales service. Their choice is focused on a Q5 Q7, S class and passat. This message has for sole purpose to tell my experience because I do not expect anything from this brand. Indeed, I made the choice to get rid of this vehicle, because for me it is impossible to have a partner with such a level of mediocrity. And of course I do not fail to tell my customers and my entourage my little story so that they are informed.

The big scam I bought last Saturday (03/10/2020) a car (GOLF VII) from the SIVAM LEXUS CHAMBOURCY dealer and to my surprise I received a phone call today (Tuesday) to inform me of the cancellation of the sale!!! The argument received is that another person booked the car before me knowing that I had my order form (Saturday) and my account was debited for the amount of the deposit. The salesperson informed me that no one paid a deposit !!! Finally the manager confirms to me that he can do nothing in this case and the car is sold to another person. So how do I get my order and you agree to debit my account with the deposit amount while the car is sold ??? Who assumes the waste of time, the loss of money and the loss of the appointments that I have canceled for other cars ??? It's amazing, can we translate it into a lack of professionalism?
