Disappointed by the dealership's lack of consideration for customers. Project to purchase an e-niro from October 2019, with the edition of 3 order forms with of course 3 trips and 3 requests for financing since each time everything must be started from scratch. Order form finally finalized in June 2020, for delivery between September 1 and September 15, 2020. Having no news from the concession today, one week before the end of the delivery period, concerning the delivery date, I must have called the salesperson myself to hear that the vehicle has just gone through customs and that it will arrive at the dealership within a week. I wonder if the dealership would have taken the initiative to have the vehicle repatriated without my phone call ... Moreover, I find it abnormal that there is no delivery at least on Saturday morning, it is the customer which must adapt to the garage whereas normally it is the reverse it seems to me. Very disappointed to date with this concession, hoping that the after-sales service will not be so catastrophic

I visited the dealership last week because I have a plan to buy a stonic and I was made very welcome by Councilor Sanah. She was smiling and giving me all the info I needed. Today it’s rare to find nice people who will advise you even if you haven’t given your checkbook yet. I will come back to make my purchase for sure.
