One of my daughters' fav stops in SGEL

Very small/narrow store, but it has all the essentials for a gift to a kid.

Although I have checked the availability of the items ordered in my local store the waiting period in mid-November to pick up my items was not 3 hours - announced - but 4 days at the time of ordering, too late for my 3 year old granddaughter's birthday. I would also like to thank the manager of the store for having urgently made available the items I wanted, which I therefore had to pay for a second time on site. On the other hand, I have been waiting for the reimbursement of my online payment for 5 weeks, despite my multiple reminders, Oxybul accumulating errors: reimbursement by check when the payment was made online, check lost because it was sent to an old address ... I need this big budget for my Christmas gifts, I won't spend it at Oxybul.

Difficult to be more disagreeable and less smiling - and we are in the world of childhood !!! Help - that the saleswoman seen ...
