Linvosges

A not very smiling welcome.

Deplorable service, unfriendly staff, I went there to bring a duvet in order to take the size above without having to unpack the duvet. To be sure of being in my right, I call the after sales service of Linvosges who confirms my right ... So I arrived in front of the worst commercial in the city who categorically refuses to take me back the duvet because of hygiene while it is not unpacked. I call back the after sales service which confirms to me that this gentleman is doing anything and advise me to go to another Linvosges store in Paris or to make a return directly to the warehouses. I come back to the store with the after-sales service on the phone to convince him but nothing to do, sir thinks above everything and hugs me. Buying Linvosges is no longer obvious to me and avoiding the Saint Germain en Laye store is a golden rule. Never go to this shop, they will be happy to see you only to take your money. Unpleasant. Never seen that. To flee ! Do not take anything back even if never out of the bag!

Very often specials / gifts on purchase. In addition, the sellers are super nice and good advice :)
