No one, particularly snobbish! To avoid for students other than Sciences Po ... Yet, I had previously called to find out if it was open to academics ... It's mostly facies, the librarian flatly told me: "The power outlets are reserved in priority to students of Sciences Po "frankly long live France !!! Noisy and old-fashioned place, the mentality also apparently. It's more a library "tea room" for dad's sons and daughters ... To flee for serious students needing concentration for long hours !!!
