A small chip made by a mover in the common areas, but incident immediately repaired by the operations manager who came in person to correct. Thank you to you and your teams. A good move thanks, among other things, to the freight elevator. On the other hand, a complicated arrangement. The 2 employees who blocked the elevator must have done 90% by the stairs .. with my help elsewhere. In fact all this came from the bad pre-visit which had estimated "by far" the size of the elevator. But the 2 employees were responsive.

Very good contact with the sales person, we particularly appreciated the connection of our household appliances which was not provided for in the contract. Thanks to the team.

The movers arrived on time knowing their stuff well. Packing under the team leader's directive went well (furniture well protected). Dynamic and well organized team. Arrived in Normandy in the rain, but still a motivated team. Everything turned out for the best, nothing broke. We will gladly recommend PRODEM. In addition the value for money is excellent.
