We took the "fragile packaging" option and things were done despite common sense; on 12 boxes of fragile things, packed by them, there are 11 boxes with broken things! We identify: - 3 broken teacups - 2 broken coffee cups - 6 broken water glasses - 3 broken orange juice glasses - 3 broken aperitif glasses - 6 broken dishes and salad bowls - 5 broken bowls (wedding service) - 6 off-white tealight holders - 1 broken foot vase - 3 broken grandmother's plates - 1 chipped whiskey glass - 3 folded lampshades (therefore pierced) - 2 small chipped statuettes We recovered pieces, crumbs ... In addition, they lost the cushions which serve as a backrest for the sofa, which is suddenly unusable! And when we told them of our dismay: no word of apology, nothing, no compensation offered: FLEE!
