I love to pick up my packages from them, the receptionist is great !!! Too kind, professional and accommodating :-) I recommend !!

The opening hours do not allow me to go and collect my package and therefore return to the sender. I have never chosen this Relay point, it is imposed on me. One day I passed almost at the closing time of the Relay point because I couldn't do it earlier, I had already left my work earlier on purpose. I asked to collect my package, they refused to give it to me because it was too close to the closing time (I specify from the Relais point because the establishment closed 1 hour later). They could be a little accommodating.

Inconvenient and too restricted hours. The lady refuses to take the packages that are said to be too large, they were not a mirror cabinet either, just a 50 x 80 x 5 package and this because of the Covid I did not understand the report very well. No parking nearby.
