I ordered a sofa on 05 October 2019 with the awareness that it had to be delivered on 05 December 2019. I purchased it with the card but then in 10 installments without interest, I sign the cards for the purchase and ask the seller to have a copy of the deferred payment contract, you reply that the copy would have arrived by email (never received). In the meantime the days go by and to my surprise without having yet received the sofa I pay the first installment with the addition of the costs for the release of the card (05 November). I return to the warehouse first, second and only on the third time a very polite saleswoman finally takes care of my situation, making me have all the documents relating to the installment sale after a month and a half and roughly explains how it works. Following me that the director wanted me to talk about my order. I appeal to the director as defined by the store, but I can assure you that neither the expertise nor the capacity to interact with customers trying to unravel the problem by putting the customer at fault even though the only cards that were handed to me reported a delivery for December 5. He tells me that it is not possible that the date was December 5, that the manufacturer needs time, I answer how much? She remains silent, I say that the terms were not contractually respected, she not even a word, reiterates the same sentence more time. I start from the shop rather nervous without the sofa with the installments that I already pay and without a response from the warehouse. After 2 days I receive a call from a seller who tells me the sofa has arrived and will be delivered on December 21, 2019. Finally after almost 3 months I had my sofa. Of course it is, even the shadow of the named director is no excuse or commercial gesture, and then we wonder why the shops close? Typical example when managers don't even know how to manage a simple relationship with customers.

Easy access store. Not very large, you quickly find what you are looking for. Well stocked with various products. The staff are dynamic with incredible kindness.

Not necessarily a big stock but relevant products and they are very attractive. Staff with a smile and kind even if we only go around the specials. Good for sofas but maybe a little less for mattresses that I find a little expensive off promotions (can be a question of quality, to see).
