a little bit hysterical Yes DR Brami cried at multiple occasions, in fact all times. I was a little but embarr=issing especially for other clients presents with animals that suffer. the issue Dr Brami had was regarding another patient with another name, another animal. This is a concern if patients are not correctly recorded, since she clearly mixed me up with another patient. My cat was sick and was sterilisezed at this clinic all went well i even recommended her to some friends that also visited her. Since some times, many people raise their concerns when we animal owners talk about our experiences, ex the clinical has been closed and not responding for a wile...But as my cat got suddenly sick, I noticed this was the only clinic open sundays (which is a good service!) however no trace of this was found. And since I am not a native speaker after 30min of rather agrresive behaviour and shouting, in my perception, I found the not the perfect answer of saying fermez la". The good outcome was that at at least she shut up. I excused for the wrong wording, and Dr Brami accepted. Finally I decided to leave, since I did not want my animal to be treated by her in these conditions.

I have been today with my cat who has a broken dent. I have been given tablet for infection (the vet supposed she could have an infection) and some dental water to prevent tartrum. Also some advise for food. All the info I can find on internet. Nothing personalised for my cat situation.
