A big thank you to the doctor for his listening and his time, and especially for trying his best for our little snow hamster and giving a little hope to a little girl. Doctor Balter received us urgently at the end of the evening, and really did everything for our very sick hamster. He listened to my daughter, and understood well what this little being represented. We unfortunately had to euthanize our little Snow the next day, but thanks to the doctor, we know that we did our best, and that we gave it a chance. I can only recommend it highly, and confirm the other glowing reviews.

I recommend this very professional veterinarian, reminds us in the evening to have news always available in the evening, on weekends for an emergency!

Dr Balter has been following my cat for two years, with professionalism, kindness. He was able to prescribe analyzes which made it possible to detect a rarity while my cat was asymptomatic for the moment. It is very pleasant to interact with him, with a very good sense of humor, always! I recommend it.
