I would have given a better rating: - If the clinic had been cleaner - If the clinic had been fully equipped (echo missing and no blood count machine on the premises) - If Mr Dr had accepted to communicate with my usual vet and ask for her opinion before going for the operation he considered could be required the following day while she was still on holiday - If Mr Dr had not made my cat cry in pain when putting a microlax in his behind - If Mrs Dr had not hurt him and made him yell by taking his temperature without any lubricant. Now Mrs Dr definitely has better bedside manners and communicated much more nicely with my cat than Mr Dr. Moreover Mrs Dr had the right insight saying my cat was not blocking contrarily to what I thought. I understood it when all my cats developed the same symptoms as him the next day… Last, I had to pay as much as 275 euros in only one day without the issue being fixed and without even a serious a diagnosis being given... This really is over the top. Fortunately some vet are still able/willing to make diagnosis without having the cat go through all the tests...

Very good veto. She has a very good diagnosis when your pet is sick. His office is clean and everyone wants to be friendly, available, listening. The assistants are charming.

Team very competent, serious, reactive and attentive. Whenever our cat had problems, they answered immediately. Each time the diagnosis was relevant and the appropriate care. When it had to be operated (twice) everything went perfectly. Thanks to all this he lived 19 years. Note also that the office has the necessary devices for radios and ultrasound, so everything can be done on site. I thank the team again for its kindness and attention, and I recommend it without hesitation.

This is a very good clinic, there are 3 vets and they are all 3 very knowledgeable and passionate about the owners. Thank you again for the service you render.
