My first mini, after a fairly long delivery time but this year 2020 was complicated for many people ... I was taken care of by Mr Paunet, excellent salesperson, professional, available, attentive and very attentive . Would not change a thing!

Went to the store to buy a product. Out of 4 employees, only 1 looked after customers. Efforts to be made at the reception level. 2/4 chatting with the mechanics through the window that separated the store from the workshop. 1 who was on the phone. Contemptuous attitude. The gentleman (short white hair with glasses) who looked after the customers was quite professional. Too bad for a sign that represents a "high-end" brand.
