Very disappointed with the way the oil change for my bevel gear was done on my K1200R. On resuming the road, the rear tire drove abnormally in the middle of a curve in dry weather, I stop immediately and notice that there was oil along the left sidewall and a few drops on the tread ... happy not to have fallen but very disappointed with the negligence and lack of visual control of the workshop following an interview. However, I would like to emphasize the friendliness and efficiency of the person in charge of the workshop reception and of the storekeeper, who are always attentive and provide good advice.

To put it simply: an excellent dealership which reconciled me not only with the dealers in the Paris region but also with the Bymycar group (after being disappointed on several occasions by another dealership in the group). Quick and professional service, warm welcome, while keeping the biker spirit ... for my part everything I ask of a dealership. 3 weeks after my review, BMW still has not contacted me despite the response from the marketing department. Following an accident, I left my motorcycle in March 2020, my front brake no longer worked (the motorcycle hit a post and fell to the ground), taken care of by the insurance. I got my bike back in May following confinement (not BMW's fault) and after driving for 1 month the front brake no longer worked again. I had to wait several weeks to get a new appointment.
