Probably the best place in Montreuil to get your study on. It's a little but louder than maybe other libraries. (Sometimes high school kids can get a bit excited when studying in groups) but it's still quieter than a coffee shop/cafe. Internet is pretty legit (can be a bit slow when crowded tho) and 40¢ vending machine espressos, right next at the end of line 9. Not bad!
One of the best libraries in the IDF. Great staff and selection of books, records, magazines, dvds.... Not the biggest library but one of the most comfortable.

The new version under construction that will last
The place is nice although a bit cramped but the work should fix that. The staff is friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. Full of animations for children, teenagers and adults are proposed. The only downside is that adult encounters leave very little space for the present readers, confined to the role of spectator before the librarian who does a presentation or commentary work. What could be achieved by readers.
A nice place of culture, welcoming and with good records. I just wonder why there are so few books in pocket format, which is still more practical in the subway :)
