parcel delivery from Africa. Respect of the delivery time. Nice customer welcome, good organization but the problem is that notwithstanding the payment of the cost of shipping the package from Africa, it is also claimed 10 € to the recipient when the package is withdrawn. What I find a little weird. I asked for explanations but the arguments did not really convince me. This aspect is to be reviewed. Otherwise, good overall.

So I will put 2 stars because the lady I got on the phone was very nice. Apart from that, I find it completely abused to demand € 10 withdrawal fees when the shipping costs had already been paid. And when we ask the reason we are entitled to it is like that and that's it. You are free of your tariffs but in this case be honest from the start so that one does not feel trapped. Just for this aspect it is the last time that I will go by you to parcel me. 10 € is not 1c so it is not enough to eiger and believe that we would not complain

Poor organization, business to flee !! Spend their time wasting the packages that are entrusted to them ...

On the other hand when they take several days before contacting the customers it is not professional at all. Anyway the one I ordered and vs this is the last time!
