A real disaster this society. A customer sent me a package from Italy. Exapaq took me three weeks to deliver it to the Paris region. He even made a return trip to Italy !! They were unable to manage. I had told them a new address to deliver me and the parcel returned systematically to the previous address! They had everything, my phone number, etc ... they were unable to call me even though they had all my contact information. The sender was furious just like me and the box of the parcel arrived in a state ... I wondered at one point if they did not do it on purpose. to avoid really at all costs!
