Inevitably long and unexplained delays even when attending by appointment...often close to an hour late..........Now, delays due to unforseen 'emergencies' are of course not a problem, and even to be expected at times.....but that does not account for the numerous delays I have encountered month after month here......and no-one EVER advises you that there even IS a looming delay, far less apologise. They disappoint regularly on this point......nice place, but too often, rubbish service !

Friendly and helpful. Some of the vets speak good English, all are willing to deal with people with little useful French. Great service.

Very kind and not expensive.

I don't like this practice. They were rough with my animals and we couldn't get a response out of hours despite leaving several messages on their answer phone that assured us someone would get back to us. Have now changed practices.
