I brought him my cat Panache who was vomiting and who no longer ate even though he was a good eater. He told me that he must have swallowed a string and that he had to operate. He injected her with a product and made her first X-ray. He told me he was going to keep him under observation overnight and operate on him the next night. (in the morning it was her day off) I was mixed because he also told me that there would be no one at night to watch him (but that he would be in good conditions) But I knew that if he had really swallowed something, he risked an intestinal obstruction and he could die, for me it was a life-threatening emergency. He would phone me a few hours later to keep me informed of developments. I returned 3 hours later (he had not called) to inform me of his quote. And there, he got angry, (I didn't understand how asking for a quote could upset him, I just wanted to know how much it was going to cost me) he told me he didn't want more operate on my cat because I did not trust him enough that he was going to give me the address of a clinic of his friends who could do more exams in Paris (difficult for me to access especially with a sick cat) . I did not want to see his reaction to go to his friends in question. So I contacted his old vet (I just moved) and they directed me better to a clinic that took my cat the next morning. After exams (the good ones, that is to say an ultrasound and not one but 4 x-rays) he had absolutely nothing !! he just had gastritis !! I am at least grateful to him for returning it to me without operating it !! He still took over 200 € from me for 4 x-rays, 3 hours in his office and an injection of product. And finally, they even managed to use the wrong transport box !! Since it had a ruff and it was bigger, I thought it was to make my cat more comfortable, but no, it was a mistake! Needless to say, I would never set foot in this clinic again !!
