Take your young and healthy animal for a castration so that in the end we are told of his death over the phone (which sounded funny). Accept a large number of operations in a day, without an assistant, leaving the animals subsequently unattended (or let's say really insufficient so as not to be a bad language). No valid explanation for the death of our companion leaving big doubts. Very questionable hygiene. We are very disappointed with this performance, to put it mildly, lamentable.
