Very great place to do a shopping

Staff are quite horrible and inattentive. You get the impression they will do everything possible to avoid you and leave you in the waiting area with only "Toyota TV" and a junk food vending machine for company. Staff will spend more time talking to each other than to you. French customer service at its finest.

Good dealership but not very convenient to access because of the crowds generated by the commercial space nearby. We often find ourselves in traffic jams. Good cars on offer but the most expensive in the Asian fleet. Toyota is also the most advanced in terms of hybridization: this perhaps explains that.

Warm and friendly welcome. The information is clear and detailed.

We visited several dealers in the area, and were pleasantly surprised by the welcome we received from Benjamin from the Toyota Villebon dealership. He was really attentive, and offered us solutions that really suited our needs. We really appreciated his listening, his availability, his interpersonal skills, his ability to adapt to our wishes and needs. 4 stars also to the receptionist who knew how to direct us to the right interlocutor
