I have mixed feelings about this place. My cat fell 3 floors from a terrace on a Sunday so I came here on an emergency. On arriving the veterinarian was on my opinion excellent, they took quickly a lab, medicated and made x-rays to see how my cat was. All fully explained with great care. They told me he should be hospitalized 48 hs, but that I could visit the next day. Next day I came to visit and a different veterinarian talked to me, he told me I could take my cat home that day and that I should do a scan in another center, for which he call the place since my french is bad. What he did not tell me was that I should not feed the cat in the morning before the study since it requires general anesthesia, he also did not mention that the cat should be in a cage or similar to avoid much movement, things the veterinarians on the other centers told me he should have mentioned. Maybe he did told me those things and I misunderstood, but I think when giving instructions it's fundamental to get the owner to understand, or send them in writing. He did lend me a carrier, that was nice. I payed around 400 euros, for a lab, 3 x-rays, 1 day hospitalization, and the meds they gave him, I found that a fair price.

Pick up on a Sunday at midnight for my dog. He was quickly treated with simple and effective treatment. The price corresponds to the drugs given and the time of arrival, this is normal. Thanks for him.

This clinic left a rabbit for 3 days or even more with an open fracture. Even though she had no knowledge of them, nothing prevented the cleaning of the wound to a minimum. She was infected when we picked her up. We called for radios supposedly carried out, the color of which we have never seen. We were not informed of this fracture, it was discovered when we went to look for it. Impossible to have any concrete information, we had to run after. This rabbit was put on morphine and antibiotics urgently! She was dropped off after being found in a ditch. We are an association that was alerted to his case and we changed clinic as soon as we learned.
