I find the opinions disingenuous. Always complain about a phone issue, but you know there is another way to talk to your advisor or a suitable interlocutor, such as email. You can also go to an agency. I don’t work in a bank, but I think people don’t realize that it’s impossible to answer everyone on the phone when everyone is calling. Physical movement has never killed anyone. I've been a customer with them for 10 years, I've had issues, and times when everything is going well. I strongly recommend this agency with very competent advisers.
