Hennebont agency to flee !! Never reachable on the phone ... so we move and the staff can not answer questions !! I think we should seriously review the mode of recruitment in this agency !! Incompetent staff.

I find the opinions disingenuous. Always complain about a phone issue, but you know there is another way to talk to your advisor or a suitable interlocutor, such as email. You can also go to an agency. I don’t work in a bank, but I think people don’t realize that it’s impossible to answer everyone on the phone when everyone is calling. Physical movement has never killed anyone. I've been a customer with them for 10 years, I've had issues, and times when everything is going well. I strongly recommend this agency with very competent advisers.

Same as most people .... Always the same pb .. We can call them, and they never answer .. I've been a customer for decades .. And despite the pb mentioned, he never answered. there is no change .. To believe that at the head office, they do not take into account the opinions posted by their customers ...
