Shame. Until about two years ago, no worries, wise advice for English painting, expensive, and the answers were by appointment. Today Friday from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. as previously at other times, it is impossible to speak on the phone to check the stock before traveling 15 km to reach the store. On the phone, a man picks up and hangs up once the question has been asked, about ten times. I give up after 20 years of shopping at this store. The quality of the products, which can be found otherwise, is not enough to compensate. Never mind.

I went to this store on a Saturday at 12h10 after checking the schedules on the store's website (closing at 13h). Arriving, the doors were closed, no display of the schedules to the visible public and especially an employee inside the store who looks at me and puts his arms in cross to indicate to me that it is closed. So I moved for nothing and saw the reception I do not think trying to return. Too bad, I will go shopping elsewhere.

pity that one is obliged to check a star because product bought and applied by a faulty professional after a month, response direction TOLLENS fault of the painter Shameful product was then changed ????????

We find the same references TOLLENS almost 2 times cheaper on the net, given the price of the paint was quickly saved a few hundred euros

Disappointed, very disappointed ... I was at the store tollens lannion on the advice of several people happy with their purchase of paint. so I went to the store lannion almost confident to buy paint for the ground floor of my house. result I came across two sellers a more welcoming than the other, but it is completely missed on the calculation of the amount of paint I needed (just twice as needed!) Of course I realized a days or there was 50% on the painting where I had been told that I could bring the pots unopened if there was too much .... fifteen days after ... I had to do and hands to make me take 5 pots out of 7! with a more than cold welcome ... I do not advise at all ...
