Good bank, good advice from people working there,really helpful.

Deplorable! Client with my spouse for a few years now, we have been desperately trying to reach our advisor for a few weeks! Who, this one remains unanswered, by email and by phone. Each time we call, the reception takes our message but cannot pass it on to us directly because it never responds and is always there! As if by chance! We are waiting for contracts and responses but to no avail. After discussion, we understand the workload but we must also know how to put ourselves in the customer's place. However, mutual credit is still a more valuable bank than other banks, which are not as available and listening.

Disrespectful reception girl! No tact with The Customer base !!!
