A customer passing through the spare parts store, I would like to underline the professionalism of the advisor who gave me very good information, no complaints. On the other hand, there is a big problem with the secretary who takes care of the cash in the office next door, not very friendly and who spends more time laughing loudly and having fun than taking care of customers. Too bad, this is the only black point of the 90 Star Sav .. perfect for the rest

Very bad experience. Mercedes quality is gone. Defective part not supported by the Brand despite a hidden defect recognized in the Workshop and invoiced at a price 30% higher than what a private individual can buy from a wholesaler of original Mercedes parts. The Brand does not consider its customers and its dealerships. False advertising as to the reliability of parts.
