Very deceiving do not go there! I took an appointment to buy a specific car I saw online with them...the secretary was very rude and made me wait for the seller in the middle of the showroom without a care. The seller was late, extremely unprofessional, couldn't even answer a simple question, and couldn't find his words to discuss how to buy a car! He starts showing me other cars I had no interest in, until finally I reminded him I was here to buy that specific car. After lightly searching for this car and unable to find it, he concluded it was sold and that was that. One of the worst salesmen I have ever met, totally unprofessional and rude, I directly said I'm going next door to buy a car and I did and it was the best decision I could have made! No way would I trust giving any money to these people!

To flee. I came for an emergency due to a hose that broke. The diagnosis was made quickly in 10 minutes with me. I had to wait 10 days for them to replace a hose that was supposedly barely accessible and to order it (and yes no stock even for a hose); while calling them three times. On each phone call the secretaries would reply "the workshop manager will call you back". No replacement vehicle offered during the 10 days (although the parking lot is full of new and used cars). Amount of the invoice = 462 €. For the anecdote: € 16 for 5L of coolant (with 25% discount), € 11 to disinfect the cabin (it's brand new and in my opinion it's useless), 5 hours of labor (incomprehensible from my point of view), 30 minutes to plug in a suitcase to detect a fault that had already been found (this operation costs 40 €)). And of course a payment in two times by card or check impossible. I had been buying Opels and having them serviced at this dealership for about 15 years. That Opel dealership is over for me ... No real service IMHO and worse, billed at full price. If despite my bad experience you want to try; I hope you don't regret it;)

Very professional workshop manager. Following the concern with my car, he called me back to pick it up quickly. Very good explanations. Very pleasant reception at the standard.

Very nice home. Used car salesman listening. After sales service no complaints
